I could not believe it myself at first, but there she was an aggregate of what seemed to be a million tiny, incandescent balls of plasma held together by gravity just staring at me, or at least that was what I thought she was doing.

I didn’t start packing right away, but instead I sprawled on my bed gazing up at the ceiling covered in tiny stars that glowed in the dark, and started to count them one by one.
